FuelsEurope and Concawe appoint a new Director General

Chris Beddoes, Director General of FuelsEurope and Concawe which represent and conduct research for European petroleum refiners, has elected to retire from his role. He will be replaced from 20th April 2015 by John Cooper from BP who also has broad experience of the downstream oil industry.
